Ready to shake up how you travel? Join the Active Commute Month Challenge this May! Walk, roll, cycle, bus, or carpool your way around Whitehorse instead of driving solo. Every trip earns you points, whether you’re commuting, running errands, or heading out for fun. Build healthy habits, save money, and help the planet along the way.

How It Works
Register & Login
Create an account and join or start a team in one of the following team categories:
- School
- Business
- NGO

- Individual (Solo)

Log Your Activities
Throughout May, log your daily activities to earn points. You can enter activities retroactively until June 5.
Trip travel modes include:
- Active – walk, run, cycle, roll (wheelchair, scooter, skateboard). Points for distance also!
- Shared – bus, carpool
Bonus activities include:
- Travelling to other destinations (errands, fun)
- Sharing on socials or activity apps
Track Your Progress
Check the public leaderboard to see how your team ranks against others. The leaderboard shows all participating teams’:
- Rankings by category
- Active and shared travel trips
- Participation rates
- GHG emissions avoided
Prizes!
Earn points each day by choosing active and shared ways to get around – walking, rolling, and cycling score the most! The more you move, the more you earn.
